For the amount of work we do, we should be paid minimum 25 dollars and hour.. also, my health insurance was canceled by someone at trugreen before i was eligible to receive it, and now wageworks says i have to pay for the 4 months i didn't have insurance for me to have insurance going forward.

Value your employees and the better they will work for you
Customers know that we do not always do quality work, customer service lines makes promises that arent communicated to the branches, salespersons do not adequately explain what services they are selling and what the expectations from the techs are
not providing good quality of service
All these problems derive from the higher up executives decision making process for marketing & production of how things are done, sales & production are both a combination of science & art clearly & no statistics value & B.S. exception to the rule storyline example can justify the avg performance.
