The company is agile enough to make quick changes but strong enough to feel well established. The benefits are ok but if I'm being honest, the vacation/sick time is truly bad. Never in my career have I had so few vacation days that are the same days as sick time. If I made a move, this is why.

Overall I really enjoy the company, the work, and my peers. I am not happy with the vacation/sick policy. That's one thing that needs to change.

Very engaged and invested in the growth of thr company.

I like that they are as transparent as they can be.

Salary is competitive, some of the benefits are good, some need work.

A much different place from when I started. Things are heading in the right direction.

Small company with many leaders from large companies. They know how to turn the ship.

When time permits we try to have fun together. Moments that Matter are great as well, getting us together to solve problems and continue to foster good relationships.
