I am happy to be working at Trustwave. I appreciate the direction that the Executive Team is taking the company. I feel like we are a company on the rise and I am excited to be a part of Trustwave at this time.

I feel supported. At one point I transitioned to a different role and management was very supportive of getting me into a role that better fit my skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find the work interesting and impactful.

The Stock Options are good and a good motivator.

Thr people that I work with. The culture is positve.

They are responsive and willing to partner on projects. There is a true team environment.

Great cohesion. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help. Innovation is supported.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable, open to ideas and is willing to provide the necessary resources and support I need to succeed at Trustwave.

I feel like I am doing meaningful work that is contributing to the success of Trustwave. I know that I am in a supportive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team is top notch. Employees are supported. There is a solid vision and I feel like we are in an upward trajectory.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a number of remote employees, but I feel like my manager has created a positive inclusive culture. They are mindful to bring people together in person when possible to bring the leadership team together. There is significant collaboration.
