I started when Covid shut everything down. Despite the work from home experience during the pandemic, I was able to get to know the people that I work with daily. It was a treat to finally be able to meet everyone in person. The leadership team is very approachable and straightforward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Our leaders keep us informed of what is going on with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager strives to create an open environment on the team where members are encouraged to voice ideas and try new things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The individuals that I interact with do their best to live up to the TRUST values. We have a very collaborative team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation that is comparable to others in the industry and role. As well, there is the ability to have tools/resources to balance work/life experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility. My work allows me to better balance work with my personal life and spend time with family. This is the only company where I've worked where I do not get emails with urgent requests during PTO or holidays.
