What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is cohesive, has a great time talking to each other on TEAMS and in person, has a very high level of work quality and is always ready to help one another out when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to use my skill set in a place where it is appreciated and in an industry where I believe that we are doing good for our customers and the world more broadly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is very little tolerance for ego and prima donnas. Everyone works hard and is collaborative, and people don't get a pass on bad behavior because of the size of their book of business or their ability to code.
