From what I've observed, they are a cohesive team that are working together to grow the business.

Again, I would have to say that the positive vibes and everyone working together is what I enjoy most about the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ability to earn a bonus based on the success of the company. This shows a willingness of the company to recognize good/hard work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams I work with are always upbeat and positive. Everyone pulls their own weight and is willing to help others when necessary.
