Trustwave is an exciting place to work with new challenges every week. Despite its size, it's run like a F50 company with a mature, experienced management team.

The last year weeded our many underperformers. The current teams are strong

We beating the competition left and right. We have incredible analyst recognition

The culture has been improving, but is not pervasive or even that obvious

Compensation package is fair, but not generous, benefits are ok, and the perks are non-existent
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing new sales opportunities come to fruition, winning large deals, gaining notoriety in analyst reports
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team culture i have is fantastic. We all get along so well, and really look forward to working together each day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is highly experienced in strategy, cyber, and profitably growing a business. Goals are clear. Everyone from the CEO down is accessible.
