The support and backing we receive from the executive teams. The constant promotion of work life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of the biggest things I like best is have backing and support when I make a decision. I also like the amount of transparency.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That fact we all work together to solve issue. When someone is struggling others in the team step up to help. We are constantly working together to make ourselves better.
