I am very satisfied with my 1 year stay at the company. Culture is positive and people are very approachable. It is a type of company that you can say you are totally secured and feel you will have a permanent stay.

People here are very much willing to help. Management is focused as well how to improved their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually, it is already near to satisfaction but would really appreciate if it could be raised for about 5-10 percent considering the inflation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The company is giving us the privilege to have a "Work from home" set up and it is a big advantage to the employees and the company as well.
