My direct managers creates an amazing positive team culture, understands and cares for the team sincerely and listens to all of our concerns thoroughly. We feel valued and highly appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse team though remotely working we have built a deeper understanding and relationship with the built culture of our management team. Everyone knows that within the team, we can freely discuss, escalate or voice out things and still feel that the team is a safe space.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great people and culture, especially for my direct managers and team. We know that we have a safe space within the team, we can voice out our concerns without filters. There is a true open-door policy, we are entitled to reach out directly to anyone inside the company, regardless of title.
