Very positive considering it is my first job. Compared to stories I hear about other companies, my current experience here at Trustwave seems to be the opposite of that.

Everyone is very willing to teach and learn and are very approachable.

Working with the rest of the team and helping each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me that would be the HMO coverage although basic pay is also something notable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just very willing to help each other out when it comes to working on tickets and whatnot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have clear goals and are consistent in coming up with ways in achieving those goals. Additionally, they have an apparent concern when it comes to how their employees are.
