What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, it's the importance that they give for our selves, family and loved ones. They always remind us to take offs and holidays seriously and spend it with our family and loved ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the market nowadays, the compensation for our job is pretty competitive. And I think, our compensation is kind of behind, it's low compared to others in the same field. A significant raise with our compensation would be great to help us survive the global inflation. Thank you.
