This is my second stint at TW. The first five years I was here...the first 3 were great...the last two were hell. This time around its been almost 2 years and it's decent.
What makes you most happy at work?
The camaraderie of our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing currently is the changes that have been made in transparency and the ELT actually sticking to what they say they're going to do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having been a Trustwave employee for over 7 years, I've seen multiple leadership teams. The current team is the best we've had by far in my time here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although we are geographically dispersed and come from many diverse backgrounds, there is a common bond and friendship among our team. Everyone is friendly, heplful and works well with each other.
