The whole package is very competitive. Tucow's has come a long way from when I first started.

Benefits (health, LSA, HSA, RRSP, Learning credits). Overall compensation package.

Our compensation package includes fair pair relative to the industry as well as a host of great benefits that go beyond typical health benefits. I just recently used my company provided benefits to pay for my son's sports equipment and still have plenty to spare.

For the position I'm in, the pay and vacation days are pretty good. I also like getting the option to choose my health coverage and contributing to RRSP (the company match is great as well)

I am paid really well for the work I do!!! Plus the benefits package is amazing and flexible. I also know they are always looking at the market place and how to be better for everyone.

They provide you with the benefits on your first day of hire. You are also able to choose from different packages to find what suits your needs. The benefits are incredible and some of the best I have heard about.

Raises are part of the plan here. You don't have to go to your boss every year and ask and plead.

Salary is good, additional benefits are excellent. Lifestyle spending account adds flexibility so it's not a one-size-fits-all package.

The health and wellness benefits. It's extremely flexible and very generous!

The ability to choose the level you need and the LifeStyle Account! Matching RRSP contributions is a big plus too!

It is geared towards employees and not based on what the company cost is

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

On page 65 of their 10-K filling they discuss executive compensation and this is stated in there "target compensation at the 50th percentile of market levels, as measured by Payscales" This is not the target for regular employees and that leaves a very bad taste in employees doing above average work

The company has lost all understanding of value of their employees over the last 4 years. Short of a major leadership overhaul with actual accountability theres nothing they can do as they have promised it all and not delivered yet.

Not having newer employees paid several thousands of dollars more than employees with more tenure.

Newer advisors are making 20-40% more than current ones. Not able to discuss this with management due to clause in contract. Please address this and adjust wages accordingly

Newer employees within the same position as me are getting paid 20-40% more than I am and stock promises never happened.
