Prior to joining HSN, Ms. Byrd-Rohleder held the role of VP/GMM of Soft Home for Sears Holdings (both Kmart and Sears companies) from May 2004 to August 2006. Prior to Sears Holdings Ms. Byrd-Rohleder served in various roles with Kmart Corporation from 1994 to 2004, including Divisional Vice President of Soft Home and Senior Buyer of numerous home businesses, including Home Textiles, Housewares and Furniture
