How's the leadership on the Sales team at Tuesday Morning?
Leadership is poor. The store manager was uninterested in helping his employees grow as employees.

The leadership at all levels of this company, in my region, is amazing. There are weekly meetings that discuss numerous different topics, including how to help each employee develop into a great sales associate and where the most opportunities for growth are.

We never talked about a CEO...who is he?...or she?
A company man, wanting the company to thrive and grow.
CEO needs to have more hands on with stores not believing upper mgmt
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Tuesday Morning?
I would change how scheduling is done. Would change the assistant manager hours, and I would implement a mentor program within my store.
Offer full time employment.
New upper mgmt the CEO needs to beware of what is really going on.
Why work for Tuesday Morning?
Great part time job for students, stay at home parents, or anyone needing a little extra pocket change. This is Not a career unless you are able to get a store manager position.
It's a wonderful company to work for because the managers, sales staff all try to help customers find what they are looking for.

Fine
I felt the interview process was completed in a timely manner. I met with both the district and regional managers for interviews separately. I also felt the process was fair and the interview question were both reasonable and appropriate.

Suppose to be by sales of store however they try and find excuses not to give it

Store mgr get a week however if you are needed you will work that week since you are salary

I found it was best to simply ask for a raise.
They tell at least once a year and as a mgr you are instructed to keep it at zero to 10 cents per associate

Wonderful
There is no team outings.... the company only worries about money. As a Store mgr they only gave $200 to have a Christmas party for the employees which is a team of 16-18
