Better benefits. Especially for part timers.

A pay increase woukd be nice, my manager lied to me in regards to my pay.amoubt when she hired me.

They do not match pay pn the location, they do not pat based on experience. They do not offer a valuable medical/dental plan

I am a good conscientious employee. In my opinion, I am worth more than the compensation I receive. I am grateful for the employment though.

Understand that others have things on their plates to deal with as they do but help in accomplishing items on each other plates not just having meeting and then dropping the ball. They have way too many meetings talk about the same things but never accomplish or finish the task that was disscussed

Speaking for myself. Interviews should be a meeting, review resume, ask questions, get the feel of how comfortable this person is and what they can offer. Ask any question you want the answer to, expect any answer to be true. That person is there for a job first, career might come later.

I get to interact with customers and I get to work with everyday household items and i get to be creative while putting them out on the shelves

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Since I have been working here, the former and current staff always say that administration does not listen to its workers. Which is true, they really don't value the input of their workers.

They work you to death because there to cheap to hire more staff. It's only 2 people to do everything in the store from markdowns, customer service, loss prevention, cleaning and organizing the store. 1 person has to stay in the front of the store so the other person picks up the bulk

Folks are missing certain items that we were their "go to" for. Having solid knowledge for this often inquiry would help. Weekly, we receive freight, non specific for being able to share a thought with them to check back...We just explain that we don't know.
