Mr. Douglas B. Sullivan has been a Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Tuesday Morning Corporation since February 2014. Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years of experience developing and executing growth strategies, real estate site selection, market research and analytics. Mr. Sullivan served as an Executive Vice President of Development at Michaels Stores Inc. since April 1997. During his tenure at Michaels Stores, he helped grow store locations from 87 to over 950 and implemented a rigorous site selection process. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Family Dollar Stores, where he started his career in 1977. Mr. Sullivan joined Michaels in 1987 and served in a variety of capacities, overseeing Michaels Stores Inc.'s store operations, distribution, store opening, real estate, legal, and personnel functions, including served as President from August 1995 to April 1997. Prior to joining Michaels Stores Inc., Mr. Sullivan served with Family Dollar Stores, Inc. for 11 years also as Vice President of Real Estate.
