The bonuses for hitting your goals, i find them to typically be quite easy to hit and it makes for a substantial lump into my nest egg

high base salary is the best part...the stock is terrible.

I enjoy my immediate team and think they're the best.

A positive corporate culture, co-workers who show compassion & empathy when needed. Moral support & material support when needed. A clean & comfortable environment with many creature comforts. I can exercise with my co-workers, stay in shape physically and mentally.
