U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

Working remotely can be challenging, but the team working together daily, helping each other is a positive

My leadership person, listens to my concerns and willing to do what they can to help me improve and succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tasks are constantly being added to my already full plate. Expectations are too high and unrealistic. Working 13 hours a day and on the weekends is not okay. Was not granted the summer schedule option due to being salaried employee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much work, not enough time. Working too many hours. Working with people coast to coast causing my days to be too long as people are working until 9pm my time(EST) and they are always reaching out in the late evening/nights for me.
