U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

My tenure at USLS has been rewarding, fulfilling and enjoyable. I plan on staying at USLS for the rest of my career and hope to continue working with my teammates and co-workers for many, many years to come. I just honestly love my job and the people I work with and for.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love working at USLS. I want to spend the rest of my working life here. I want to move up in the company. I feel we are doing good things everyday and making a positive contribution to the legal community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're real people and they're approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I actually LIKE the people I work with. The culture is one of commitment, teamwork and respect. I love my job.

Commitment to the success of USLS. I also have to say that my boss shows genuine care and concern for my family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is composed of people who are reachable, human and not afraid to dig in and work. They aren't figureheads. They are team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of people who very clearly love their jobs and this company. We are all passionate about the success of this company and ALWAYS DOING THE RIGHT THING.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am heard and respected. My boss values my ideas and suggestions. I am not micro-managed. I am given the freedom to make decisions when I know it's appropriate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the sense of accomplishment and also being recognized that my work is crucial to the common goal. I like collaborating and getting something done. I like the finished product and I enjoy being commended.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been at the company for an extremely long time in a number of positions and I know my contributions are critical. I know that people who are new are being paid more than I am and I feel that is unfair. I am essentially being penalized for my loyalty and dedication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE my boss. He is a strong leader who I admire. He is a solid human being with admiral qualities. I am very honored to work for him. I love my teammates. The best thing about the people I work with is that everyone is committed to their job and to always trying their hardest.
