U.S. Legal Support Claimed Company
U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide, all-inclusive litigation support company. Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records. To date, we’ve acquired over 25 companies — 15 in a 3-year period alone. In light of those accomplishments, below is what we’d say about our original goal. read more

I appreciate the benefits, professional treatment received, and job security (well, we're all dispensable but for the most part I feel confident within the company).

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My higherup is always personable, professional, clear, and adaptable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate the yearly bonus.

What makes you most happy at work?

Through the years I've streamed lined my work productivity, and I think I'm quite good at what I do. I also enjoy (to some extent) my communications with our resources.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Being able to work remote is a great relief. I used to work over 10 hours when working onsite, and the time commuting was sometimes over 2 hours 1 way, which caused a lot of chaos at home.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Schedulers are relying too much on Teams as the main form of communication, and not calling or emailing for urgent/delicate matters. Also, too many schedulers are at times handling the same matter which causes confusion and can create a time delay in the service provided.
