I love my team, they work hard and help each other daily.

My team and co-workers are the best. Their attitude and uplift each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel somewhat valued but just not heard. A higher compensation is always welcome.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding what happens on the ground. Numbers a re a huge portion but understanding them is just as important.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think a lot of companies are moving towards more comprehensive benefit packages, especially a better program to build PTO. Market value also shows higher compensation for multiple positions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More focus on the department. It can be improved by actually listening to issues and just attempting to solve them rather than sweeping them under the rug and pushing employees to the brink.
