U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

Interacting with all the wonderful people at U.S. Legal and having a sense of pride and accomplishment at the end of each day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair assessment of responsibilities/workload and the pay associated with it. Work is rarely transitioned away from employees following a role change or promotion, resulting in some employees working 13-15 hours days regularly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I love what I do, I am undercompensated for the role I am in. When an employee works tirelessly with determination and drive, and exceeds expectations on a consistent basis, they should be recognized for those efforts and compensated accordingly.
