U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

My overall experience has been great. It's not every day you find a company with an executive team that is all rowing in the same direction for the greater good of the company. Their leadership sets the tone. It encourages everyone to bring their best self to work each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the transparency of our leadership team all the way up through the executives. Their virtual doors are always open.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of both individuals that have been with the company for several years and those that are new and from other industries. The diversity of the team allows us to push our thinking.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being part of a team that is focused on their clients, customers, and employees. I also love how driven we are as an organization to continue to grow and push our thinking to solve customer problems and simplify work on their behalf.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team puts clients, customers, and employees first. They believe in transparency and have a high level of integrity. Leadership appreciates our history as a company while focusing on the future and how we can continue to grow to meet our clients and customer's needs.
