The amazing people I work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My fellow managers and directors are always so happy to help with no hesitation.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The amazing relationships and support we have built over the years working states away from one another, without never meeting each other in most cases.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My leadership team is always available to answer questions. They ask for my ideas and feedback and it encourages me and gives me more confidence in my work knowing they have the confidence in me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel my leadership team values me. I do feel the company as a whole does undervalue operations vs Sales. I would like to see ops leadership to have yearly meetings. It would be nice to meet in person some of the people we have worked with day in and out the last couple years since we centralized.
