My leadership team is always available to answer questions. They ask for my ideas and feedback and it encourages me and gives me more confidence in my work knowing they have the confidence in me.
I feel my leadership team values me. I do feel the company as a whole does undervalue operations vs Sales. I would like to see ops leadership to have yearly meetings. It would be nice to meet in person some of the people we have worked with day in and out the last couple years since we centralized.
