The folks i work with are great, but the company has no real direction just make video games, no employee growth, no stocks, no bonus, just strait pay. All the companys top talent is leaving for ours companys so what does that tell you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give employees stock based on performance, give bonus not just sale it when you grt hired but never get it because we are saling enough games. Crazy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much, no real vision just lots of ideas that is all, you can do that when you never worrie about performance or getting let go even when you add no value
