UHS (Universal Health Services) Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

more hourly pay, overtime, health care

Review from Customer Support Dept

Health care benefits are affordable and decent

merit increases and free meals

I am an hourly worker

Nothing is great about it

Review from Operations Dept

Good time off. Good pay.

Healthcare is good with low deductable

PTO benefits as time builds up quickly

The pharmaceutical coverage is good. And it is very much utilized by employees in the Las Vegas Business Office in order to get through the very heavy workload and endless emails.

The pay is good and equal to other jobs

I think that after my deductible my insurance rates are pretty good.

I love everything about it.

per diem,, have no benefits

The insurance is good overall

The best is the insurance overall

It has real good benefits

401 k, and what I should be getting for PTO, but I'm not currently getting after 6 years of service because of the facility I am at

401k and the ability to have it matched

Review from Admin Dept

Hourly pay is good but with working conditions, still not worth it.

Insurance is the best part

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes I wish our safety was more important

No one cares about hands on staff

A raise, commend sometimes, trust and honesty.

Better pay, benefits, and some type of bonus

I think I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid more.

Not going brand new employees with less experience, more pay than existing members.

I've been forced to work solo time and time again to where it brought my mental health down. Techs spend there whole day with the patient helping and they do NOT recieve enough anything for the job they do. We run the unit yet make less the 19$ an hour when they admit whoever for the money.

Hourly pay is low for cost of living of area

Better pay and benifits yes

Annuals be based on competitors wages as well as job performance and attendance.

Support every day and better staffing

Being paid a competitive rate for my area and offering raises that coordinate with my yearly performance review.

25% increase for EVERY employee across the board, especially in the Emergency Department and never be out of ratio again

Review from Customer Success Dept

Fair pay for duties assigned

There is really no incentives, and yes, we are very underpaid, we are not valued as employees and is over worked. There is a HR Department, if thats what you want to call it. They have no time to listen regarding employees concerns or grievances.

Market analysis puts them at the bottom of the pay grade

The job contains much responsibility, and pay does not match. The continuous threats from risk management makes a very stressful job more stressful.

Compensation needs to be more.

Review from Customer Success Dept

UC in L&D do more than any other dept UC or CNA, but our pay is less than working at local McDonalds or comparing to other UCs in area. Significant disconnect that local Leadership ignores.

Review from Customer Support Dept

No raises are given unless you beg, and then they still pay you wrong. The insurance is a joke. $700/month for a family of 4 just to pay full price at the dr as if you had no insurance at all. Best option is a $1200 deductible per year so if you don't go to the doctor 12x you get no discount at all.
