There is absolutely no psychiatric help being offered. And they don't even care... yet they advertise it as such.

I find that this company has a track record of beating down employees until they quit and then happy to get a new inexperienced replacement at a lower salary. They think this is just fine approach

Staff moral people lossing their jobs for nothing facilities overcrowded under staffed under paid
Clean house, not professional at all, dress code needs to be inforced
Treat patients like people not dollars
Managers came in too department huddles and said everyone was getting $3 raises except for individuals of a certain job class

They have to take care of their employees so that their employees can take care of their patients
Restructure the organization and leadership team.
Staffing. Favoritisn. Screen new hires appropriately and choose wisely when promoting and not just choose froends
Helping some of the patients
Support for the techs. Someone to help take the heavy load of work off of one person. The techs do everything and are constantly criticized for not doing a good enough job.
