I love working with mental health patients. Its been my dream job since i was a kid. I got this job under the impression that they take care of their employees. They made it seem like you can go talk to them about any concerns. But when you do they dont care and shrug you off.

When you work hard for a company and then they treat you awful.

They have to take care of their employees so that their employees can take care of their patients

Helping others when they ask for help. And if they do ask for help dont use it against them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their employees. Listening to them when they have concerns. Training them better. Being there for them when they need help.
