Unsafe and very chaotic compared to my last UHS facility

UnOrganized and lacking communication between various departments

The pleasantness of the human resource person
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only team is with the nurses, they work wonderfully together
What makes you most happy at work?
When we're fully staffed and both the text and the nurses work together
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The admins need to be out with the regular workers more often, and actually work the floor, pass the meds etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401 k, and what I should be getting for PTO, but I'm not currently getting after 6 years of service because of the facility I am at
