a year ago we got a new Director of Nursing, and numerous staff have left due to poor management. The morale is very low and more staff are expected to leave.

the C.E.O. is constantly trying to make improvements so staff will stay,, her door is always open to listen to our concerns,,,,
What are some of the best things about your team?
have some very good and caring staff, unfortunately more and more are leaving,, which leaves the units unsafe with brand new staff
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
give more responsibility regarding staffing and employee motivation to the assistant D.O.N. who has the respect and passion to get us back on track to a positive environment,,,,
