I have been discriminated against, harassed and I feel unsafe in my work place. I have raised my concerns but I have been ignored.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

By hiring new management staff at my location. I am fearful for my safety and my direct supervisor has deliberately been intimidating me when we work together. You HR department has been told but they do nothing to stop it.
