What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If everyone wasn’t so stressed then they wouldn’t be as negative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The social work department needs more staff. They need to be set up like other mental health hospitals where there is a social worker to do groups, one to work on discharges and one to do admission paperwork. It is too difficult for one social worker to do all of that.
