eliminate paper charting and replace with an EHR

rudeness is unacceptable and it is a strange culture

Mike Smith is cool but most supervisors besides Tabitha who work under him is quite rude.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there is zero collaboration with the physicians and nurses are unable to spend sufficient time with patients due to paper charting duties.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the politics are obvious and supervisors pick favorites. I have yet to meet a happy charge nurse. They all tell me they are about quit and I should do the same due to lack of support from administration.
