I feel the workers are really focused on helping the patients get well there's a lot of focus placed on that. We have very competent workers who really care and really like interacting with the patients

They were very interested in why I wanted to get into mental health since I hadn't worked in mental health and what my background was and what led me to the path that I wanted to pursue
