I have been there for 10 years and new hires are only making a dollar less than me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate coworkers in Residential are great to work with but our manager ignores up. We feel like we are on our own and have no support or guidance
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and support. Listen to us and stop using mandates as a form of staffing. Stop being reactive and be more proactive. Stop bullying staff. HR department and DON do not provide a reason to stay. Look at the turn over of nursing dept. Prairie St Johns is a toxic work place because of HR
