Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall compensation package could be improved. Medical benefits are costly and PTO coukd be higher. Those in executive roles shpukd earn much bigher PTO rates, better 401k matching and deeper discounts on stock purchasing. There is a huge inequity of benefits with different men ers if the C-Suite.
