Engaged mostly, some of touch with reality. Have forgotten what it was like as a staff member.
Compassionate and try to be understanding
Communication, teamwork, open door and consistency
Easy to communicate with on a daily basis.
Not much. They are all about the money and not at all about patient or staff care and safety.
more hourly pay, overtime, health care
Review from Customer Support Dept
Health care benefits are affordable and decent
merit increases and free meals
I am an hourly worker
Nothing is great about it
Review from Operations Dept
The direct care staff and the fulfillment of making a difference in patients' lives are the only thing that makes working here worth it. Most staff I work with are kind, funny, supportive, intelligent, and love having a job that means something to them. Working with those type of people is amazing.
We all try to protect each other while taking the safety of our patients into consideration.
Excellent team Proper management Very helpful Critical management effective
There are few people that actually get things done and take action
Not part of a department team
At my specific UHS hospital the most positive thing would have to be the culture at work that's cultivated by the direct care team. We all value one another and know that it's imperative to have each other's back. That makes everyone feel confident about their work abilities and allows for structure
The most positive about the culture and enviornment at my company is being one team
Most of the staff work well together
Patient interactions, and many of them are involuntarily committed so that should say something
clocking out to go home
They are clear about your job duties. HR at my hospital is way more than just underqualified for her job, but the supervisor who was at my interview was very knowledgable and knew what type of person would be needed for the role.
Great questions and great explanations of expectations.
They offered me a job there.
Excellent interview. I was lied to about the general environment.
It was a group of people interviewing me
Watching patients succeed and get better.
When I get to go home after a work day.
When workflow changes are made that all staff are notified of changes immediately.
Assisting people who sometimes have nobody
Review from Customer Success Dept
Nothing makes me most happy at work.
