Health care benefits are affordable and decent
I feel rhat with 17 years of experiance I should het paid closer to what I recieved as a staff technologist in Austin Tx market now that I am a Supervisor of Radiology and over 3 locations.
Yes I wish our safety was more important
No one cares about hands on staff
A raise, commend sometimes, trust and honesty.
Better pay, benefits, and some type of bonus
Cohesive in caring for patients

Workers at an equal level to myself are supportive, helpful, and always have my back. I can rely on them even in the most stressful situations.

Hard working, and willing to put in extra effort to cover the shifts that we have no one assigned to.
We try to be a family and help each other. Even though our management makes it hard to do so.
The direct care staff and the fulfillment of making a difference in patients' lives are the only thing that makes working here worth it. Most staff I work with are kind, funny, supportive, intelligent, and love having a job that means something to them. Working with those type of people is amazing.
We need to all share a strong work ethic.
Training. You can not take a person and just make them a supervisor.
better interpersonal training for management to effectively work with employees
By hiring new management staff at my location. I am fearful for my safety and my direct supervisor has deliberately been intimidating me when we work together. You HR department has been told but they do nothing to stop it.
No one is ever on the same page. Most of what is communicated throughout the building is hearsay or gossip, but nothing is ever proven to be true. Treatment for the residents is ineffective and greatly effects the progress of each child, which eventually effects the whole unit.
At my specific UHS hospital the most positive thing would have to be the culture at work that's cultivated by the direct care team. We all value one another and know that it's imperative to have each other's back. That makes everyone feel confident about their work abilities and allows for structure
The most positive about the culture and enviornment at my company is being one team
Most of the staff work well together
Patient interactions, and many of them are involuntarily committed so that should say something
clocking out to go home
Leadership who have leadership qualities and traits. Individuals in leadership who are focused on our patients rather than having a good reputation or hiring people they like just to have a team to hang out with. Leadership who understand the roles of all their staff, and CARE about their staff

As I said before, we are under paid, short staffed, and need better equipment at some locations, but the market in Laredo TX is poor
Everything needs to change now
Increase the number of professionals in leadership positions who are not self-serving
Corporate needs to come and watch cameras of restraints not being necessary. Make sure that we aren't admitting people that we can not help. No one at windsor laurelwood is certified to work with autistic patients yet time and time again we get very aggressive ones and they restrain them. Like what
Ability to gain additional information about the facility

The interviewer recognized my level of professional expertise and experience and chose me for the position. However, the facility I was placed at cannot deliver the services that I was selected to market.
They are clear about your job duties. HR at my hospital is way more than just underqualified for her job, but the supervisor who was at my interview was very knowledgable and knew what type of person would be needed for the role.
Great questions and great explanations of expectations.
They offered me a job there.
Have someone with some intelligence do them.
HR is not very communicative. They are slow to process applications.
Review from Operations Dept
Better organization and starting salaries that are competitive
Dont hire people on the spot. It makes you look desperate and sends red flags to the candidate.
Maybe not be truthful on the conditions you are sending us on to the floor with.
The future plans for our area. We have great plans if we can impliment them and get more staff. With the plans we have the money should come to allow us to get proper pay
Watching patients succeed and get better.
When I get to go home after a work day.
When workflow changes are made that all staff are notified of changes immediately.
Assisting people who sometimes have nobody
Review from Customer Success Dept
Administration, specifically the CEO, DCS, and CNO, being evaluated and replaced could change the entire environment of the facility. So much turnover has occured that no one knows how to properly work the units or maintain the facility. Changes above will create better changes below

There is absolutely no psychiatric help being offered. And they don't even care... yet they advertise it as such.
Once again these issues have been voiced but nothing is done.
they do not listen the patient
Better management and Less discrimination.
Support for the techs. Someone to help take the heavy load of work off of one person. The techs do everything and are constantly criticized for not doing a good enough job.
