The product is outstanding but I am concerned with the leadership and how we are not focused on supporting all of the other functions but sales. SFDC is a nightmare and needs to be addressed ASAP because our CPQ system is broken.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is trying but so focused on sales (which is important) however, not supporting all of the back end or operationally is affecting our day to day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I look at being promoted and being told you get a new title, new role, new job description but no increase in salary. Working more than one role with no extra incentives at all. The fact the company does not even see this is disturbing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding solutions is extremely important. We do not have a solution oriented culture and that needs to be fixed. I email legal, they pass to finance, I email finance they pass to legal. I ask product team, they send me to the channel. No one is concerned with finding solutions.
