I like that in my team we can discuss different points of view and rally around a decision even if we don't agree with it 100%

The fact that I can own the things that I'm doing and do what I believe is best to serve the people I'm impacting and the company as a whole

I like that we have a higher level of transparency compared to other organizations, that our leaders respond to the comments on the feedback channel and that it seems they are trying to improve some things, even if it takes some time
