Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the salary increases are rare and very small. It would make me feel more comfortable if we would take into consideration how the spending per person has increased since the pandemic started. My salary used to be decent, but during the pandemic this has proven to be different.
