Building cutting edge products and tackling complex technical as well as UX challenges
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall involvement and understanding of market, invests in innovation. However, our internal processes are fairly disorganized and even regress lately (e.g. hiring regressed from Lever to iCIMS, a comparably worse software).
What are some of the best things about your team?
I thoroughly enjoy working with the people in this company as everyone is bright and fairly motivated. However, due to recent stock performance, as well as the overall geopolitical situation I am seeing motivation diminish.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- Haven't received a proper salary increase since I was hired. - Doing the job of a Principal SWE Manager, but still a Senior SWE Manager - Stock packages were solid, but I also expect that the salary is at least kept up with inflation and my performance and growth, but it didn't
