The interesting challenges each project provides. I like trying to think of solutions to complex problems, and this job is perfect for that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only is the base pay good, but the different things the benefit structure incentivizes, such as self-betterment in the form of therapy and gym memberships, are fantastic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's an emphasis on not just sitting at your desk all day mindlessly. My boss has said several times "if you finished your work, you don't need to be sitting down doing nothing, go have fun"
