How they handle change and crisis across the organization. I feel the direction we're taking now is more responsible and long-term oriented, which provides a sense of security during these challenging times.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was presented with both the positive and negative aspects of the role, and also discussed in a very objective way what current challenges the team is facing. Overall, it felt like I am being fairly assessed in accordance with the role I'm interviewing for.
