What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always people to learn from. I love the different backgrounds, places and cultures all coming together. You'll learn something new every day that will spark an idea and then you're able to follow through!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would like there to be clear roles and responsibilities, including timeframes for asking for things to be done. I would also like people to fully utilize the tools available to them and be shown to be competent.
