Talking and hanging out with the team in a casual environment. Theorizing about the future and coming up with ways to achieve it.

I've worked in big corporations, and honestly the leadership team here is amazing. Fully inclusive, able to make decisions quickly, and gets down to detail!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process consisted of talking to multiple departments as well as logic problems. It was a great way to assess theory as well as see if personalities are a good fit.
