Great mindset here! There is a humble atmosphere and you can tell UiPathers are looking forward to actively helping each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the few places that I choose to work long hours. Usually there are more hours due to the additional training and networking that I get to do here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their value of every person that contributes to the organization (Not just Sales) is something I haven't seen before and am encouraged by. This appreciation is a huge reason I joined.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The thoroughness to find good employees. It was a long process, but I was able to speak to many different employees and get a very comfortable idea of what working here would be like.
