Great - but has gotten significantly worse after tripling headcount. Managers seem stretched thin and spend more time looking at spreadsheets than working with & leading teams

Inside Sales Compensation is way below market value. This should be changed ASAP

Very fluffy, high level with very little substance. Weekly, monthly goal tracking doesn't exist
